DRIVING THE EXTRA MILE RE /MAX FIVE STAR DRIVING THE EXTRA MILE Local Redding residents & Realtors Dennis and Meg Grotting recently flew to the east coast to pick up a moving van which can be used by their clients & charitable organizations. The 2004 Ford Unicell van was delivered in Buffalo, New York and driven cross country to Redding. The 3500 mile trip went through the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Oklahoma, Missiouri, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California & took 11 days. They missed tornadoes in Illinois & Oklahoma by one day as well as an 18 car pile up due to a dust storm in New Mexico by one day. Dennis & Meg operate an independant branch office for RE/MAX Five Star in the Eagle Court Building at Bechelli & Bonneyview in South Redding. The moving van is available for use by their clients.  Dennis and Meg also co-host the radio show " House Talk" on KQMS each Sat. Morning.
